Types of Motions

What exactly are motions and what are they used for? What about affidavits? Legal interpreters will receive a better understanding of various types of motions used in criminal, civil, and immigration hearings after studying this course. It also provides a comprehensive glossary.

If taking the course with instructor evaluation, students must submit 1 interpretation exercise and 1 glossary in order to receive a certificate of completion.
